At your service
Here are some services we have delivered so far:
Sustainability/CSR manager or coordinator
Together we develop the Terms of Reference for your environmental/CSR/SR/Sustainability person. Then we make it happen. You hire us a few days a week and get access to advice and support – as much as possible – 7 days a week. Your organization quickly gets up to speed for sustainability, while you develop your next steps and organization.
Training and inspiration
Training, workshops and presentations – they need to be made to fit your organization. Wide roll-outs or targeted groups such as management teams, purchasing teams, projects or new operations: it is all about fact-based inspiration.
Strategy, implementation, follow-up
We develop what you need to reach your strategic objectives: e.g. gap-analysis, policies/Code of Conduct, procedures, supply chain audits, targets, action plans. Management systems and audits can be excellent tools, also in for your sustainability work.
Communication and market
There is a potential for differentiation also related to CSR and sustainability. Your periodical reporting is important but communication is more than that. We can also help you find relevant and credible community projects that fits your profile.
Stakeholder engagement and facilitation
Mapping your stakeholders is a first step and if you want support when you meet stakeholders we can facilitate constructive dialogues that build relations. If you need facilitation or a speaking partner, we are here.
